Dumbbell Side Lunge and Curl

Start: Hold a pair of dumbbells at arms length at your sides.

Take a big step to your left and lower your body by pushing your hips backward and bending your left knee. As you lower your body, bend forward at your hips and touch the dumbbells to the floor. Push yourself to the starting position as quickly as you can. Perform an arm curl. Alternate back and forth, doing a lunge to your left, then a lunge to your right.
