Four-Point Band Crunch

Primary Muscles Trained:  Rectus Abdominis

Set Band up around a sturdy support base or have a partner hold the other end for you. Keeping your arms straight, exhale and crunch up pushin the band toward your heels. Release back down to start position and repeat past thigh, shin, then toe. Complete all 4 points in a continuous motion keeping abdominals engaged throughout

Special Instructions: Be sure not to use momentum or strain your neck while crunching
