Hanging Knees-to-Elbows

Calories Burned:  425 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Primary Muscles Trained:  Lower Rectus Abdominis
Secondary Muscles Trained:  Intercostals
1. Hang from a pull up bar at full extension.
2. Squeeze your abs to lift your knees up to touch your elbows.
3. If you can't reach your elbows, go as high as you can. If you can't go very high, try just raising your knees to waist level.
4. An advanced movement would involve raising your feet all the way to the bar, keeping your legs straight.
