Calories Burned:  408 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Secondary Muscles Trained:  Spinal Erectors

START: Assume a half-kneeling so that your right knee is on the floor and placed under your hip. Your left knee is bent 90-degrees with your foot flat on the floor, and positioned at angle to your body-so that your left foot lines up with your right knee. (You will feel a stretch in your groin.) Now place your right hand on the floor in front of your right knee, with your hand directly underneath your shoulder.

MOVEMENT: Brace your core, rotate your torso to your right, and reach your left hand between your right arm and right knee. Then leading with your eyes, rotate your torso to the left and up as far, while reaching up and back with your left arm. That is one repetition. Do all your reps, then switch leg and arm positions and repeat.
