Pull Ups: Kipping Technique

1. Grab a pull up bar with an overhand grip.
2. Push the chin and shoulders forward. Then close the shoulders, pulling the chin back and causing a swinging motion.
3. Pull your chin up over the bar.
4. Lean back and push the bar away. Repeat.
