Primary Muscles Trained:  Pectorals
Secondary Muscles Trained:  Deltoids, Latissimus Dorsi, Trapezius, Rectus Abdominis, Triceps
Instructions: 

Start: Place a pair of hex dumbbells on the floor and set yourself in pushup position with your hands on the dumbbells.

Movement: Perform a pushup; but once you return to the starting position row, pull the dumbbell in your right hand to the side of your chest. Lower the dumbbell and repeat with your left arm. That’s one rep.
