Start: Stand next to a pulley machine. Lower the pulley to the bottom. Hold onto the handle with both hands and straighten your arms.

Movement: This exercise is the opposite of Phase One. Keeping your arms straight, pull the weight diagonally across your body from outside your knees to your shoulders. Keep your eyes on your hands as you do the movement. Return to the starting position under control and repeat.
