Instructions: 
Lie down on your back. Bend your knees at a 45 degree angle and lay them down to one side so they are resting on the ground. Place your hands behind your head and slowly raise your shoulders and head until your shoulder blades are off of the ground. Lower your shoulders and head. Repeat. Do not pull your head with your hands.
