Grab a dumbbell and lie on your back on a flat bench with your feet on the floor. Hold the dumbbell over your chin at arm’s length. Lower the dumbbell to your head by bending your elbow while keeping your upper arm still. Pause, then raise the dumbbell back to the starting position by straightening your arm.
