Calories Burned:  408 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Primary Muscles Trained:  Thighs
Position yourself in the leg-press machine so your back is against the pad and your non-dominant foot is on the platform.

Unlock the platform, and slowly lower it until your knee is bent 90 degrees.

Pause, then push the it back up to the starting position. Finish the set, then repeat with your dominant leg.
