Walking High Knees

START: Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart.

MOVEMENT: Without changing your posture, raise your right knee as high as you can. Squeeze your right thigh and glute. Keep your chest lifted. Do not round your lower back. Pause, then place your right foot down on the ground in front of you. Step forward and raise your left knee to your chest. Continue to alternate back and forth. Do 10 reps on each side.
