START: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms at your sides.

MOVEMENT: Step forward with your left leg as you lift your right knee. With your right hand, grasp just below your knee. Then grasp your right shin in your left hand. Stand up as tall as you can while you gently pull your right leg until you feel a stretch in your right hip. Release your leg, take a step forward, and repeat by raising your left knee. Continue to alternate back and forth as you travel forward.
