Weight Roll-Ups

Primary Muscles Trained:  Forearm Flexors
With palms facing downward, hold the ends of a short stake or bar with a string in the center attached to a 5 or 10 lb. weight.

Extend your arms straight out at shoulder length, elbows slightly bent, and twist the stake so that the weight moves to the top – wrapping the string around the stake.

Once the weight has reached the stake, reverse the actions so that the weight moves all the way back down.
