Yoga Level 1: Chair Pose

Calories Burned:  170 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
1. Begin in Mountain pose with knees bent deeply.
2. Squeeze your inner thighs together and straighten your arms above your head.
3. Stretch your fingers toward the sky.
4. Lift arms and chest so your upper spine is in slight back bend. Hold and breathe.
