Yoga Level 1: Cupid Pose

Calories Burned:  170 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
1. Begin in a seated position with your legs extended in front of you. Reach forward to hold your toes. If you need, you can bend your knees but keep your back as straight as possible.

2. With your right hand, draw your foot close to your chest, bending your right leg so that your knees point out. Keep your left arm and left leg straight.

3. Let go of your right foot and straighten your leg. Repeat with your left leg.
