Yoga Level 2: Fish Pose

Calories Burned:  170 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
1. Lie flat on your back, feet pointed, arms alongside your body.
2. Lift your chest toward the ceiling and arch your upper back, pressing your elbows into the floor.
3. Bring your chin up as you place the top of your head on the floor.
4. Pull shoulder blades together.
5. Lean left as your bring your right arm under the buttocks.
6. Lean right as your brings your left arm under the buttocks.
7. Hold for 5 breaths.
