Yoga Routine: Full Body Toning

Routine Duration: 15 minues, 4 times per week

Stay in each pose for 5 deep inhales and exhales.

Position 1: Down Dog
Position 2: Down Dog Split, Open Hips and Shoulders
Position 3: Low Lunge
Position 4: Warrior 3, Hands on Shin
Position 5: Standing Split
Position 6: Standing Split Squat: Exhale and press back to your standing split. This can be done with your fingers or with your palms resting not he floor for balance. Repeat the previous sequence on the other side
Position 7: Big-Toe Hold, Front
Position 8: Big- Toe Hold, Side
Position 9: Standing Twisted Leg Extension
Position 10: Standing Split
Position 11:  Plank Split
Position 12: Up Dog
Position 13: Down Dog: Repeat the sequence from big-toe hold (front) on the other side.
