Position 8: Twisted Half Moon
Position 9: Half Moon
Position 10: Half Moon, Bent Knee, Arch
Position 11: Standing Shin Hug
Position 12:  Tree
Position 13: Standing Split
Position 14: Down Dog
Position 15:  Crow
Position 16: Standing Forward Bend, Calf Hold: Repeat the entire sequence on the other side
