We have added greater flexibility to the workout program. You can now swap, delete, and add exercises (cardio and strength) on any day. You can make changes to any of your workouts at the beginning of the week and then print out copies to take to the gym. Later, if you decide to go for a 30 minute jog on a rest day, you can add that too.

Here are some basic instructions for the new workout features:

Enter Results: To enter your results for your current workout, click on the SUBMIT RESULTS tab. To accurately enter your results for each workout, enter the weight and reps performed for each set.

Entering Different Exercises: If you performed a different exercise, please change the exercise by using the SWAP feature.

Entering a Different Workout Date: If you could not get to your workout, you can simply complete the workout when you have time and change the complete date. To change the complete date, please submit the date in the box which reads, “I did this workout on.”

Skipping Exercises: If you did not perform an exercise, you may delete it by clicking the corresponding X in far right column Note: These changes will not change the structure of your workout in the future.

Adding Exercises: To add an exercise to your prescribed workout, please select Add Exercise from the right column. You may search ALL EXERCISES to view a complete list of our exercises by body part. Select the exercise or exercises you want to add, and click ADD TO WORKOUT.

Hope you are enjoying the new enhancements. Keep us posted with your feedback. We have a GA moderator answering questions daily on the message boards. For more specific questions regarding your personal account, please email our Customer Service team at customerservice@genesant.com.

Signing out and heading to the gym...
