Have you wanted to create a workout routine? Now you can build your own 7-day workout plan. For each day,
select Strength, Cardio, or both Strength and Cardio to indicate which type(s) of
exercises you want to perform. To designate a rest day, do not select Strength
or Cardio, leaving both boxes empty.
Once you check Strength, the menu will expand to allow you to
Select Body Parts. Check each body part you want to include on that day. Click
the BUILD WORKOUT tab after you have checked all desired boxes. The menu will then
expand again so that you can select specific exercises from the drop down menus.
Click (d) next to each selected exercise to view an animated demonstration and
instructions. Enter numbers in the fields for weight, reps, and rest for each
set. To add a set, click +set. To remove a set, click –set. By default, three
exercises are included beneath each body part. To add more than three
exercises, select +exercise. For less than three exercises, select –exercise.
Once you check Cardio, the menu will expand so that you can
add a specific cardio exercise. Click Add Exercise and select an exercise from
the drop down menu. Click (d) to view instructions for a selected exercise. Enter
numbers in the fields for distance (miles) and time (min:sec). To add another
exercise, select Add Exercise again. To delete an exercise, select Remove
Exercise.
If you check both Strength and Cardio, the menu will expand to
allow you to add both types of exercises. Move on to the next day once you have
added all desired exercises to the day. You can select the box next to Minimize
Day to hide the completed day. To see the day again, simply de-select the
Minimize Day box. The drop down menu at the top of the page will also allow you
to view all 7 days at once or select to view one day at a time.
After you have completed all 7 days, adding cardio and/or
strength exercises to each day or leaving both boxes empty for designated rest
days, please click SUBMIT at the bottom of the page. You will then select a
start date before submitting again to generate your new customized workout
plan.
Good Luck!
