Stiff & Sore (In a good way)

I did my edited workout for legs and biceps on Monday, and today I'm feeling the pain, so to speak. I guess the way I bumped it up was really a good workout and it took 86 minutes instead of a measly 45 or so. I was pleased about that. Today's workout, even with the added exercises, only took 48 minutes, which is better than 30.
I think I spoke too soon about the virtues of the new web improvements of this site. Even though I edited and saved my most recent workouts, they did not translate over to next week like I thought they would. I could have sworn that when I first edited them and checked next week's workouts, they were upgraded, but now they're not, so I have to go in and switch them out again. How tedious!
I notice that my gym has some machines that are not included on this website. I wonder if there's a place where I can suggest that they add them. If I could make some constructive suggestions to improve this site, it would be worth my time to stay here. Otherwise, it's kind of a waste.
