Directions:  
In large salad bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower, and ham bits. In medium bowl, combine salad dressing, plain yogurt, relish and salt. Stir the creamy mixture into the broccoli/cauliflower mixture. Cover the salad bowl with plastic wrap and chill before serving. Portions and portion sizes may vary.

Variations: Instead of cauliflower, use only broccoli. Add some diced red onions, sunflower seeds, ½ cup grated cheddar cheese or other cheese, and/or add 2 chopped hard-boiled eggs. For meal item, add 2 cups of diced cooked chicken.
