Directions:  
Sift first 3 ingredients together; add oil and half of water; mix until grainy adding water as needed. On floured surface knead for 5 minutes. Cover and let rise for 45 minutes. On a oiled pizza stone, stretch pizza crust and let rise in a draft free warm area for 45 more minutes or until doubled in height. (an oven at approximately 150 degrees works) Bake crust for 15 minutes in 400 degree oven. Remove from oven. On warm crust, spread pizza sauce, black olives, pepperoni, and cover with shredded cheese. Return to oven and bake until cheese is completely melted approximately 8 minutes.
Slice and serve.
