Directions:  
Heat skillet with 1 tsbp of oil on high, sprinkle dried garlic and dried basil on beef, once pan is hot add beef stir until brown. Remove from pan and rest. Add all veggies to pan, add remaining oil and soya sauce. Cook on high and stir once tender. Remove from heat. Place veggies and meat on plate a serve.
