Directions:  
1.Wash peppers and remove seeds, cut into strips and dice into small pieces
2. Peel onion and dice into small pieces
3. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, mustard, peppers, salt,pepper and onions to slow cooker
4. Add oil to large skillet on medium and add ground turkey scrambling
it into small pieces
5. Add chili powder; cook until browned
6. Add to slow cooker; stir all ingredients thoroughly
7. Cook on high 4 hours or until reaches consistency you like
