2/3  cup		frozen corn
2		egg whites
1  tablespoon		ground cumin
1/2  teaspoon		chili powder
1/4  teaspoon		salt
6  tablespoons		cornmeal
4  tablespoons		fresh cilantro
1/2  cup		low fat sour cream
2  teaspoons		grated lime zest
2  teaspoons		lime juice
