Directions:  
preheat oven to 350 F
beat eggs and milk, add green pepper, onion, cheese, bacon and thawed hash brown.

pour in a 8x11 casserole dish,

cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.

remove foil and bake another 30 minutes
