Mix together dry ingredients until well blended.

Slightly beat eggs. Add to dry ingredients with oil and buttermilk. Beat with spatula until just mixed. (Mixture will be slightly lumpy) Let sit for 2-3 minutes before cooking.

Cook on med high pan until bubbles start to break, then turn and continue cooking until done.
Serving is 2 6" pancakes or 3 4" pancakes.
