Directions:  
Completely remove stems and leaves, and cut into florets.
Place in a large microwave safe bowl with milk, broth, butter and salt and pepper to taste. Cover with plastic wrap and cook for 5 minutes on high.
Remove from microwave stir cauliflower and spoon liquid from bottom over top. Replace plastic wrap and microwave for an additional 5 minutes. Repeat one additional time for a total of 15 minutes or until cauliflower is soft but not falling apart.
Place all ingredients while they are hot into a blender and blend until silky smooth.
