Grind cauliflower florets in food processor. Cook in microwave 4 minutes.

Ring out the cauliflower until as much moisture as possible is removed.

Add spices, cheese (except 1/2 cup mozz.), and egg. Mix well.

Form crust on parchment paper. Slide onto hot pizza stone.

Bake at 450 for 8-12 minutes.

Add pizza sauce, cheese and roni. Bake until cheese is melted.
