Directions:

Put a pot of water on to boil for the noodles.

Prepare the chicken breasts: place in a shallow pan cover with onion, garlic, salt and pepper on both sides and allow to sit for 5 min.

In a large skillet heat butter until melted add oil and chicken. Cover and cook at med heat until cooked thru. Approx. 4- 5 min each side. remove from the pan and set aside to cool slightly.

Pour the heavy cream into the pan and stir (create a cream sauce) while it's reduced.

Cook the pasta noodles, while the noodles cook, cut the chicken into bite sized pieces.

Drain the pasta and set aside.

Add the parmesan cheese to the sauce and stir until melted into the sauce add mozz cheese, stir. Taste and add more seasonings to taste.

Add the chicken to the sauce and stir in.

Stir in the noodles

Serve and top with parsley flakes
