add another T of butter to skillet and cook the reaming two steaks. Transfer them to serving platter, cover and keep warm.

add the remaining butter to skillet. stir in the reserved flour mixture until smooth. gradually add milk, bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook until the gravy thickens, about 5 minutes. Pour the gravy over steaks and serve.
