Directions:  
Mix all ingredients in a medium size bowl, then mix water or almond milk until desired consistancy.
Pour 1/4 Mixture into pan and flip once bubbles start to appear.
Cook until browned on other side then repeat process for remaining pancakes.
Top as desired. I topped mine with Cottees Diet Chocolate and sprinkles.
