Combine eggs, milk, and mustard in a large bowl; mix well and set aside.

Layer bread cubes, sausage, and cheese in a greased 13"x9" baking pan.

Pour egg mixture over top; refrigerate overnight.

Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
