Directions:  
sauté onions and lemon in butter;
add flour and stir until blended;
add chicken broth slowly;
add squash, salt and white pepper;
simmer one hour

puree soup in food processor or blender;
return to clean pot
add cream and nutmeg;
warm, but do not boil;

top with bacon crumbles and seasoned sea salt
