Combine the ingredients in the blender jar. Blend for about 1 minute. Scrape down the sides with a rubber spatula and blend for another 15 seconds or until smooth.

Refrigerate the batter for at least 1 hour.

Heat traditional pan over medium heat, adding a small amount of oil to the pan before each crepe. Each crepe equals approx half a ladle. Cook until slightly browned, then flip till the other side is also cooked.

Keep prepared crepes warm.
