Directions:  
Put oil into large dutch oven pot. Add veg except corn and stir for 3-5 min. Add garlic and spices and stir another minute
Add the stock or water and 1/2 cup uncooked rice and cook 20-25 min or add the cooked rice and corn, heat till desired temp and doneness of veg.
