Directions:

Beat the eggs in a large bowl with an electric mixer
until foamy and light yellow.

2)Add the flour and beat in until well mixed.

Add the ricotta, cream cheese and whipped cream and beat until
smooth.

Add the rest of the ingredients and stir gently until mixed
in.

Pour the mixture into the pan and place on a rimmed baking sheet.

Bake for one hour and 45 minutes or until a toothpick and inserted in the center comes out clean.

Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake in it to settle
for another 10 minutes then remove from the oven to cool completely.

Dust the top with confectioners sugar.
