Clean and slice peppers and onions into thick rings.
Prepare grill and when hot, toast pita (cut into triangles) for 2 minutes per side or until lightly browned.

Place vegetables in bowl and toss with capers.
Spread hummus on toasted bread and mound with grilled vegetables. Serve hot.
