Directions:  
take one avocado and mush it, add chopped tomato, chili powder, diced red pepper and mayo - mix thoroughly and adjust for taste. Take other avocado and dice it medium, gently add to mushy mix keeping the chunks, refrigerate 4 hours, serves 8
