Directions:  
Saute onions until tender.
Add ground beef and sausage and cook until brown. Drain off fat.
Combine the meat and onions with all of the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 40 minutes adding water if necessary.
Substitute Soy Product for the ground beef and sausage if desired.
If more tomatoes are required, add the optional can of rotel.
