Combine all the wet ingredients into mixer bowl.

In a separate bowl place the flour, flax, salt, baking powder and soda, and the cinnamon and whisk well.

Slowly add the dry to the wet, scraping down bowl as necessary.

Fold in nuts and raisins.

Chill dough for at least an hour before baking.

Use a 1 TBSP sized cookie scoop to drop cookies on pan, so all are uniform in size.

Press tops of cookies with a fork to thickness you desire.

Bake 10-12 minutes. Let cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
