Directions:  
Beat canned pumpkin and spices in a large bowl. Add 1/2 c milk to pumpkin mixture. Mix protein powder into remaining milk. Add pudding mix and milk mixture to pumpkin and beat until pudding begins to thicken. Pour into a large serving bowl or 8 small 1/2 cup bowls.
