Directions:  
In crock pot, heat milk to 185 degrees
Remove from heat, allow to cool to 110 degrees
Add 2 cartons fage 2% plain yogurt
Place in oven, HEAT OFF, turn on oven light and leave for several hours
Strain thru cotton toweling to desired thickness (I like mine very thick)
