Directions:  
Preheat Oven to 425
Season peeled and thinly sliced eggplant with garlic powder and sauté in butter until lightly brown.

Layer lasagna pan with 1/4 of sauted eggplant then 1/4 of sauce then 1/4 of cheese. Continue layering.

Bake for 45 Minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
