Directions:  
wash all vegetables, pat dry, cut all pieces equal
using four metal skewers place vegetables and meat alternately on each skewer, I marinate my meat with sugar free BBQ sauce, build the skewers then grill all at the same time, then refrigerate until the next days meal.
