Directions:  
cut bell pepper in half cutting out seeds and pith
cook in over 350 for 15 minutes
mix hamburger, onion, bread crumbs, egg,milk, pasta sauce and spices together
fill each half of bell pepper with meat with remaining meat shaped in the middle of baking dish
bake 350 for 40 minutes
add marinara sauce on top and continue to bake 10-15 minutes or until bubbly
