Description: A mason jar breakfast you make ahead.Includes Greek yogurt, oats and other ingredients as desired to create the right mix. Some people use protein powder - but I don't find it necessary.

Directions:  
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and place fruit (any berries you like) on the bottom of a small glass mason jar. Cover the fruit in two jars with your overnight oats mixture. set in the fridge over night. Enjoy. You can add cacao nibs, unsweetened coconut flakes or granola to the top for crunch.
