Coat the bottom on a large skillet wit olive oil and place over medium heat. Toss in garlic, onion, and cayenne pepper and cook until fragrant.

Stir in green pepper, cook until tender. Add in okra and allow to cook for an additional 5 minutes. Stir in both cans of tomatoes, then season with salt and pepper.

Reduce heat to medium low and simmer until vegetables are tender. This should take an additional 5-7 minutes.
