Line a 15x10x1 inch baking pan with foil; set pan aside. Trim fat from chops. Sprinkle chops with salt; set aside. In a shallow dish combine egg, milk, and pepper. Place stuffing mix in another shallow dish. Dip chops into egg mixture, then into stuffing mix, turning to coat. Place chops in the prepared baking pan. Drizzle chops with butter and coat with cooking spray.

Bake, uncovered, for 20-25 minutes or until juices run clear.
